If it's 6 months or before, every day at a min every other day. After 6 months, 3-4 times aweek. After 12 months, 2 times a week, after 2 years - you can fuck her if you want.

I'd initiate more. Be more sexual with her. I'd talk to her about it too. Ask her what's up and that I want to fuck more.

This is probably the wrong advice for the long term, but might be good for where you're at in implementing TRP.

I'm having sex 3 times a week, up from 1-2. She makes me feel like a king in bed but she's not nearly as sexual as she used to be. I'm pretty sure it's the Mirena coil she had put in. But I have work to do on myself too.

My advice is that you can't always implement what the best do around here, because you aren't at that level yet. Gotta be a little blue but keep your eyes on the target. My biggest mistake so far was being way too RP too quickly.

I see my GF typically 2 - 4 times a week on average around 20 hours and we spend roughly 5 - 7 of those hours in the bedroom. It generally gets to a point where the spirit is willing but flesh is spongy and bruised.

Improve every area of your appearance, dread game, and strengthen your frame and you'll get more puss. If you're already a ripped model with an iron frame, it's probably a lost cause. I was beta as fuck in my last relationship, got laid 2 times a week on a calendar schedule. So fucking stupid. I get laid every time I see my new girlfriend, because I've grown into an alpha. My guess is you need to improve yourself.

Your expectations are high, IMO. But you do what you want, and remember, you deserve nothing you don't earn. So earn it, don't expect it.
