okay here is what has been going on.

I have a son. recently his mother and i split and she is telling me i am only aloud to come visit my son on weekends either at her house or we can meet somewhere for only a few hours. my son is 5 months old and i have never had any time to have him alone to take care of him.

my question is, do she have the right to deny me time with just me and him? like does she have the right to tell me that i cannot take him for a weekend or something of that sort? this has not gone to court just yet but i would like to know.
