Curious if anyone has approached a dean or other department head to create one and what their reactions were. I remember in my department there were female only scholarships, but obviously, no men-only ones. I don't want to have gender specific routes to money that can help students, but I'll be visiting our department office after having graduated a few years ago to discuss a donation for a small scholarship.
