In social/work/school settings, normally, I keep my distance, I'm kind of a serious type and like to stick to the work done. Honestly I sometimes feel like I'm a loner/schizoid and I'm not social just for the sake of being social. Don't get me wrong, I like people and like to learn and talk with them and get very social when it's time to do so. But don't like the social dynamics of most social groups nowadays.

It mostly takes shape by people putting each other down and having them qualify themselves so each of them take their spot on the social ladder accordingly. The extroverted convinicing arrogant type gets to be the alpha and the rest become his sheep. And the sheep push/pull each other to keep the group tight.

I don't see the value of this, see it as very childish, immature and unproductive. The others see that I'm not playing by their game and they end up deciding behind my back to outcast me, and become distant towards me and talk shit behind my back.

I usually DGAF but it irritates me when I would like to be social with them or need one of them to get a task done, they come off as rude and treat me like I'm not one of them. The worst is when I point out that one of them did something wrong and the other stands up for him, "gets his back like a bro does" even tho it is clearly wrong and irrational. Do women still find this attractive? That fact being that a man is within a group and have his support even if he is rationally/logically incorrect. Is that why they are doing it?to attract the women in the group? I personally end up losing respect for them and would not resect the girls who would like that kind of behaviour.

I do have a higher smv compared to them, I'm the strongest physically, have a better body and maybe better in looks, and from a ethnic background. That makes me think they are jealous and are straight up haters and hate to see that I'm doing better than them. There is time where it hurts me because it is ruining my mood and reputation with their negative energy. Sometimes I feel like I'm too sensitive and need to get over it and other times I really believe like I am an outcast omega/sigma, but it's only with these types of groups. Usually I am a very open, confident person but with these kind of groups it irritates me to see humans playing games like this and it causes me to become distant.

Are the majority of groups/social dynamic have to be like this or these people just assholes, or people act like that to protect their ego when they see someone better than them who wouldn't play their game? Does that mean I am the sigma/omega in a world of alpha and betas? I don't find the alphas as annoying as the betas. With the alphas I can learn stuff from them and sometimes am smarter than them. But betas straight up make me want to puke. How can I avoid this or work it to my advantage?
