I just picked up a certified copy of my final divorce judgement. I now officially go from have no legal and partial physical custody of my daughter to having 50/50 legal and physical custody.

Here's what's at issue: my ex is under the impression that she will continue to care for our daughter the majority of the time (4 days to my 3). She said she asked her attorney to include 50/50 physical custody so I wouldn't have to pay child support (I know this isn't how child support works, but she doesn't). I intend to send a text to her asking to discuss how we will implement 50/50 custody, but I expect a fight, and I'm nervous, to say the least. Essentially, I expect her to defy what is now a court order, and that I'll have to file a motion to find her in contempt.

Does anyone have any advice as to how to make this as painless as possible?
