Hi guys. I've been trying to balance cardio with lifting so I can join the Marines. I'm running out time, so lately I've been kicking into overdrive.

Although I just started lifting seriously the last few weeks I've been doing cardio for years. But that still wasn't killing my man boobs.

Now here I am trying to look good and learn to drive, but my grades have dropped to an all time low,and I need to fix this. 2.5 GPA sucks and I'm smarter than that.

What are somebody study habits that I can try? Where I can retain the information that I see while I study? Also, what can I do to actually understand when I'm sitting in class? I can sit and look at the board while the teacher writes and explains and I still won't know WTF she is talking about. I think that's an attention span issue.
