Ok, let's apply some subtlety here. She offers to pay, and she's paying her way for some stuff. Sounds good, sounds like she basically respects you (women pay their way if they respect the man).

She's basically asking you to ask her out. So do that, but add your own requirements and put limits on the "treating".... eg "XXX bar at YYY time, wear black panties if any, you're buying the second round."

stop overthinking it. do you want to see her again? if yes, simply reply with, 'sure'. and then buy her a drink when you see her, and after the first round, you say, 'next round is on you?' /cocky smile while doing some kino/whatever bs you want.

my favorite answer could apply here: "maybe" have fun with it. if it is a shit test, you avoid it like this, and keep things playful. you could expand to, "maybe, if you're lucky"
