If a man really want to meet you and take you on a proper date he will ask within the first 2 days of chatting. If he doesn't un-match and move on. There are millions of tie wasters out there and you don't need them.

A couple of days. They shouldn't be asking you out immediately (that's just desperate) but shouldnt wait more than a couple days.
Have a full conversation. Small talk or

"what's up" "nothing. You?" "Nothing"

isn't a full conversation lol

A couple of hours, no longer than a day. If he goes a day without replying I'd say, "It was nice getting to know you but this isn't working for me. Good luck"
Just do what feels natural. Don't go out of your way to respond right away, but don't wait an arbitrary time period. if you're busy that's fine. Keep leveling up and focusing on your life, don't make responding a priority.
