So about a month and a half ago I matched with this one girl on tinder, I had met her previously because a friend of mine introduced me to her.    I invited her over to my place on a Friday night where we along with my roommate and a friend we proceeded to get drunk. The friend left and my roomate passed out in our room (we live in a college dorm-suite) so it was just me and this girl.   I told her to get on my lap, which she did and we proceeded to make out and touch. I began unbuttoning her shirt to which she quickly stopped me and told me that she didn't want to have sex. When I asked her why she went on some bullshit on how we could be walked in on (we were in the living room of my suite) and that she wanted to get to know me better.   After realizing she didn't want to fuck I told her to blow me, she said no for the same reasons. She then asked me what my body count was (11) and she told me hers (38). We then hugged and she left. Since then she has texted/snapped me several times showing interest, I responded to a few but mostly ignored them.

What should i do to secure her as a plate? TL,DR: I met a girl on tinder we made out, she didn't want to fuck, but she still shows interest.
