Please tell me you know the models in 1-3 are using more than the products listed... They all have full faces just done in a very natural way. Which was the goal, so I can see how it might be confusing if you aren't experienced with makeup.

Anyways I agree that natural looks with glory skin, big eyes, and rosy cheeks and lips are most attractive to men. Use whatever products are necessary to get there.

Also just to make myself clear, I'm not saying there is anything wrong with wearing only what is listed but I don't want anyone here thinking they can slap on some mascara, liner, and gloss and walk out looking like #2 no matter how good your skin is. Her look definitely took several products as well as a professional makeup artist to apply them in order to look like that, plus the lighting and probably a bit of photoshop helped as well.

1 and 2 are wearing a full face as well, trust me! You can tell that they have concealer and foundation, blush, filled in brows, and #2 has lots of highlighting and contouring as well.

I like using BB creams (pretty much any), Smashbox Full Exposure mascara, lip and cheek tints from Benefit, Too Faced has good bronzers, Nars has good blush (and they have fun names, orgasm anyone? :P). I suck at explaining though, look on youtube for application lessons, I think Lisa Eldridge is especially good and has some "natural look" lessons.

Yes exactly, the "natural looks" here take just as much work and application as the more obvious ones.

When I put on make-up (which isn't too often) I will focus on my eyes. I have been working with liquid eyeliner, (instead of just using a stiff/narrow brush with a dark eyeshadow) and while it's a little tricky for me to use on one eye - I really like the finished result more. I've been practicing fake eyelash lines at the outer corners, to give the impression that my lashes are thicker/fuller. I enjoy the fact that my eyes don't feel as dry (when I was using eyeshadow as liner, I guess bits of make-up dust would continue to fall and irritate my eyes), and the effect is more dramatic (and stands out more) even though I'm actually using less.

On the rare occasions that I use foundation, I put normal face lotion/sunblock on, then a powder foundation. I saw a tutorial where the person was applying the powder onto the skin and moving her hand in circular motions, and that's my favorite technique now. I don't have any streaks, and I know the powder looks evenly distributed at the end.

Wear enough makeup to cover your flaws and enhance your features, but wear as little makeup as possible. On special evenings I'll go the extra mile and load up on mascara.

i don't tend to use makeup a lot but when I do I know that color correcting concealers are essential. Get yellow for under the eyes and green for redness (like if you have blotchy skin with some redness). I use Maybelline BB cream and a little liquid concealer instead of foundation as foundation makes me feel like I'm wearing a mask. I'm also very pale so I have to go easy on the war paint. I don't do eye makeup AT ALL as I'm prone to eye infections and don't want to make things any worse. A little makeup leaves me actually looking like my age (20). I look some degree older without makeup due to nasty acne scarring, chickenpox scarring and dark circles (I suffer frequent allergies and sinus problems).
