The wall is a thing that exists, and catches many by surprise. However, you're not helpless and it's not like you're going to turn 30 and become a wizened crone overnight (that happens at 75, or so I'm advised).

I'm 33 and in better physical shape than I was in my 20's, with better style, more experience and am just all around a better person. I had far more success in the dating world post-30 than I ever did before, with far better choices.

You have to put in the work though... weightlifting 5 days a week for me, having a very low partner count intentionally, making sure i'm generally interesting.
