did you read the introduction section of the sidebar?
some highlights are
The way /r/RedPillWomen differs from /r/TheRedPill is that women are the gatekeepers of sex and men are the gatekeepers of commitment, so RPW works toward keeping women from squandering sex while working towards obtaining commitment, and TRP works toward keeping men from squandering commitment while working towards obtaining sex...
We focus on self-improvement and relationships...but there's a lot of moving pieces that go into both of those areas. Self-improvement is related to dating/relationships in many ways, but they are also very distinct.

We subscribe to the same ideas but we are very different from TRP and most women here are not perusing a "red pill man," we want a natural leader.
Many woman here already lead a "traditional" lifestyle or have relationships with a Captian/First mate power balance and thus identify as "red pill women" and want to share/refine their experience. Other women have less than ideal histories and are here to work on and reform their past shrew/nag/slutty/masculinized selves to improve or realize their ideal relationship.
At TRP a few prominent members of the Manosphere have internalized alpha behavior and abundance mentality and want to help others do the same. But most at TRP are there with a history of lady-problems (or complete lack of social skills with women) and want to work on and reform their past beta/nice guy/pussy whipped/feminized selves. Most are in recovery of some phase and not interested in or ready to lead in a relationship, so these aren't exactly the men we are trying to LTR. But the same philosophies help both men and women in their different goals.
The Rules Revisited (which is written for women and shares RPW ideas) explains it very well in this post: Thoughts on the Manosphere. Helpful in understanding why many who come here to RPW but find TRP so...distasteful.

I wanted to hear what women are actually getting from this
"What we get out it" is not how we define ourselves, we define ourselves by what we do. We do not focus on what we get out of it because relationships do not have to be perfectly reciprocal to work.
Let me ask, what do you think a woman gets out of taking care of a child? They change them, they put up with tantrums, all for the purpose of seeing them smile. If you asked a mother what she got out of it, she would look at like you were some kind of alien, and say something not meaningful like "It gives me satisfaction to take care of someone, you wouldn't understand until you have a child of your own".
So to answer your question, what I get out of it is "It gives me satisfaction to take care of someone, you wouldn't understand until you have someone of your own to take care of".
Not helpful, right?
But, I think the question you are trying to ask is why we do what we do. To be overly simplistic, the answer is "it works".
At some point we have to decide what we want out of life. We wanted men who we could respect. We wanted men who were natural leaders, so we could have faith in them following them into the unknown. We wanted someone we could always count on. We wanted someone we could give our whole hearts to. We wanted someone who we could unequivocally trust. We wanted someone willing to shoulder the "responsibility" of "decision making". We wanted someone who could teach us. We wanted someone who would always turn us on. We wanted someone who we could take care of.
That is what we get out of it. No my SO doesn't do the dishes, but I get the opportunity of being with the most amazing man I will ever know. That is what I get out of it.
Yes, when you treat a man well, they will often reciprocate, but that's not really the point.

i don't expect many people to put any effort into a response here if you can't be bothered reading. why not have a look through some of the posts, pay attention to what the endorsed contributors and mods are saying, and come back if you have a more specific question?
