I mean, they're pretty clearly not calling /r/redpillwomen racist, and presumably they'd consider this sub to be misogynist, not misandrist, so your title is wrong.

And it's not exactly surprising, it's a sub of people who were raised in a religion that promotes RP values and they no longer believe in the religion, so most no longer believe in an RP-like view of the world.

Indoctrinated people will say indoctrinated things. I find it difficult to feel one way or the other on the matter. But on that note, I don't think citing The Red Pill documentary is very relevant to TRP subreddit. The film barely covered TRP or MGTOW; Jaye is referring to a different kind of "red pill."
