I've had luck with one, she was young, and I basically beat shit into her mind by repeating and reinforcing shit. When I felt it was safe for me to leave i left when she had a therapist, support system etc,, she realized she didn't want to be for the streets, and she chose to be a "good girl" its like night and day. She believes she seriously has a chance to be with me, when she barely has a chance for anything serious with me. This was probably rare, and I put in loads of energy, it paid off immensely. I cant even explain its pretty awesome.... for now...
