This isn’t a surprising ruling but it is still frustrating. Federal appellate courts at the state level do not have the power to overturn Supreme Court precedent.

I’m glad that the National Coalition for Men will continue to fight this all the way to the US Supreme Court. If it gets there, I highly suspect a unanimous or near unanimous decision reversing this sexist precedent.

Everyone knows the male-only draft is a violation of the 14th Amendment. It's painfully obvious. The government simply does not care. They can't draft women because there would be an uproar. They can't make the draft illegal because without men as cannon fodder the country would be in danger. So they agree to accept the hypocrisy and pass the buck indefinitely.

This country does not get to instate shit like drafts in its current state. The whole place could go to fucking hell for all I care anymore. Real Americans like us were never put in power. It was always lawyers, bankers, corrupt rich in power but at least we dared to do something about it while the rest of the world keeps re-electing these criminals.
