I'm a 19 yo virgin who is scared of having sex because of my premature ejaculation. When I watch porn, I usually ejaculate within 3 minutes. When I try to last long, I can last up to 15 minutes or more if I really wanted to but I never tried. The problem here is that I know for a fact that having sex with a girl will be way better than masturbating and it is really affecting my confidence in sexual stuff. I get erections easily when girls get semi sexual with me. I know for a fact that I won't last long with sex and have a feeling I will humiliate myself. Any help?
