[Career] How should I play my (business) major?

I think you should first decide if you like supply chain or finance more. Each have their own unique skill set and different job prospects after college. Since you already have the supply chain experience, do you see yourself doing this long term? If you stick with a company that has room to grow, a six figure salary seems achievable in 5 years. Also, my recommendation is to have at least a year of experience working before enrolling in a MBA program.

On the other hand, I do think finance would give you a higher salary out of college. I’m thinking of jobs relating to investing banking, analyst type roles, etc.

Swapping majors is cool and totally up to your interests. Just look at whats possible with the field. What can you do with a finance degree? marketing? supply chain? what do you get from each and where do you wanna be? Do you wanna get a job with your degree or start your own business with your knowledge?

Otherwise taking a job and looking for a different path is also great. It's always easier to find a new/better job while already having a job.

If I were you, I would choose the major I would perform the best in (i.e. the one that is most likely to give me the highest grade.) Recruiters won't bother looking at your concentration/specialisation because whatever it is, your degree is still a business degree. They will be more likely to look at your grade and how you perform at university level.

Regarding salary, you can either work your way up at your current company or try applying for investment banking jobs. I'm currently in investment banking and a six figure income is achievable within the first 3 years if you have good interpersonal skills as a major part of your income comes from deal commission.
