Look, you have to approach sex/relationships like you're negotiating a deal with a company that you want to do business with. You can only worry about what you are getting out of the deal. Stop giving a shit what they're getting.

You also have to remember that you are being a bit egotistical to assume those girls have no autonomy and don't know what decisions they are making.

And another good way of looking at it, is that the world is full of boring ass pathetic resentful despicable humans, if you have worked on yourself to become attractive, even just the 3 days she might spend with you could change her view on life. She could be hanging around complete shit bags having the most monotonous and boring days possible.
