So there was a couple,Lisa and Max that broke up a few months ago. Lisa and Max are friends with my closest friends,I’ve never met Lisa,but she follows me on Twitter. Max follows me on twitter too,and is close friends with my close friends. We’ve all gone out together once or twice,so we’re cordial but I wouldn’t consider Max and I “friends” per se.

Now for the dilemma,over the last two weeks Lisa has been interacting a lot more with me on Twitter. Nothing really flirtatious,but she def interacts with me more than any other follower. And recently Max who hadn’t tweeted in a year started tweeting again and has interacted with me a few times in the last week as well. I unfollowed Max a while ago due to his inactivity,so I currently don’t follow him back.

Lisa is very attractive, has rich parents,and we have similar interest,and I’m thinking about taking a shot in her DM’s and asking her out. But the fact that these two have started interacting with me noticeably more on Twitter in the same time period is odd. It makes me wonder if Lisa is just doing it because she knows Max is lurking and is using the fact that Max and I know each other to make him jealous.

How would you guys play this situation? Does dating a distant “friends” ex make me look like a fuckboy,is this possible some kind of jealousy/love triangle drama I could get sucked into?
