Guys i need an honest opinion on something so that i don't want to have high hopes only to burst the bubble later. Can you seriously achieve anything in your life? Because i have had some relatives tell me that not everything is possible and there are limits.

My[20M] childhood/teenage years were rough, never had enough money to do anything. Always had self-doubt, hatred for myself. So i have a dream of becoming rich and one of the most capable guy in my field(drawing and programming). Like millionaire, multimillionaire rich. It always felt bad how my parents never could buy me many things and how much i had to compromise because my parents couldn't afford it. The thing is i don't want it just next year. I can wait for 5-10 years. And i know that money is not just gonna fall from the sky and i am ready to put any amount of work needed to hone my skills and work.

I am currently deciding to go on Front end web development as i have interest in programming. So is my dream possible? Or are there limits?
