What's the difference between solipsism and selfishness?

First the way solipsism is used on the Red Pill is not the correct usage of the word, but has been burrowed like many other terms.

(Red Pill) Solipsism is being selfish without the self-awareness. As such you can't blame the perpetrator for being as such, as they don't realise what they're doing.

It's where the saying "You can't blame a dog for being a dog" comes from. You can't blame women for their inherit nature, only acknowledge it and act accordingly.

Metaphysical solipsism is the philosophical view that the self is the only sentience that exists.

Selfishness is just that the self is the only sentience that matters.

Generally speaking people don't proclaim themselves to be solipsists because if they really are, saying it is rather redundant.
