FDS should get equal/similar treatment. Redpill is quarantined, and so should the FDS subreddit. They are two different sides of the same coin. Their top up-voted posts have nothing to do with "strategy" it has to do with man hating/complaints about the invisible oppressive patriarchy.

As an avid reader of this sub, trying to recover from a toxic red pill belief system, my initial reading of the FDS sub and recognizing the over all tone of the community thrust me right back into the red pill world.

After reading the FDS sub with my red pill centered confirmation bias, my anxiety about women and relationships, my deep seeded feelings of inadequacy and hopelessness, and my apprehensive state of mind was only further engrained.

They don't "call out low value men for being abusive" they call out any and all men, generalizing in the same way the red pill does (they also refer to all men as "scrotums" so there's that). Further polarizing the sexes and making people view intimate relationships as some sort of game or mission, rather then a connection to another human being

The difference is, one sub reddit brought outrage from mainstream media and was punished by the platform, the other has received praise and positive attention by the media. I understand that FDS is nowhere near as large as the redpill community, but it is detrimental in the same way.

At the same time, I have empathy for members of both communities. People drawn to redpill (like me), or oppositely drawn to FDS are usually bitter, have been burned pretty bad, have deep seeded feelings of inadequacy, have had a lack of success in their intimate relationships/dating lives, and are looking to improve themselves and their lives.

When they find these communites and the principles and beliefs that come along with them, they latch on for dear life, finally feeling like they have a sense of "control" and new understanding of "how things REALLY work." It becomes part of their identity, so as not to be hurt any further.

That it is why it is so hard to breakfree, because it becomes the center of your belief system and how you view the world, and without out it, the feeling of being lost and hopelessness and ultimately alone come seeping back in.
