I first heard of this concept a few years ago and found the idea interesting. Basically, multiple studies have shown that men have a stronger sexual desire towards women when there is a greater chance of infidelity. The ejaculate size increases, the thrusts during intercourse are deeper, the attraction rate increases, and desire to more quickly copulate increases the longer two partners are apart when there are clues to infidelity.

We respond biologically and psychologically to these clues in our partners based on evolutionary psychology.

I relate this to the concept of something I personally experienced, google the term hysterical bonding. It is a common occurrence of heightened sexual attraction following an affair. Curious if anyone else ever has these reactions or thoughts about it?

It may shed some light on developed habits of females, if we actually do positively respond to signs of cheating in our amygdalla then behaviors seen from women make a ton of sense. It falls under the do not listen to words, only observe actions. Looking at the actions of many, (read /r/relationships), I see no shortage of men who appear to love being shit on by women. I offer this to the group for further insight and discussion.
