Just happened last night. Me and my sister had about a total of about 20 people over, some of which are my friends who are either 20 or older along with her friends who are all 21+. The girl who assaulted me filed a police report and cops came to search my hands,face,body for scratches... i had none. Alcohol was involved but theres no direct evidence.

Story My sisters friend(erika) pushed my friend (jack) and she ended up break a glass vase, She immediately runs up stairs where the altercations will happen. She must've told my sister some BS story but there was multiple witnessess, some of which were my sisters friends.

As i come upstairs after cleaning up the mess, my sister confronts me in a belligerent rage(nothing unusual here) She pushes/hits me multiple times (only a sliver can be seen on video) but its not who i would like to press charges against. I repeatedly tell her friend to either clean up the mess or leave the house(recorded on my iphone briefly) Her friend pulls my hair and yanks down as hard as she can.... She then lets go seen ....

one of my sister's friends(male) puts a choke hold on my friend(joe), joe was trying to keep the girl off of me and jack is seen hitting my sisters friend in the face trying to get him to let go of joe. My sisters friends essentially "white knighted" for erika who was never touched.

Erika comes back to push me several times and slaps my friend joe in the face before being forcefully removed by my sisters friends.(on video) Everything dies down and cops arrive shortly after. Erika went to the police station to file a police report for assault(on sheriffs blotter) and i was questioned. For fear of being wrongfully accused for assault, I told the cops it was strictly a verbal argument between me and my sister before she ran away. They took down my info along with my sisters(friend gave info).
