Bend over somehow to get a message from her that says that she didn't mean to say this and that she liked all the sex you two had (which I assume was this way until now). Then immediately block her everywhere. No explanation given.

Accusing you of being a rapist is the strongest form of social punishment she can give you. And she knows it. Things like this would - in a normal society - be handled in front of a court and she would have to pay for this kind of behavior. But we live in a gynocentric society and this won't happen.

So: get proof of innocence. Then block without explanation.
