It's a simple question of calories in versus calories out. Estimate the calories you consumed (if the pizza was from a chain or store-bought this should be easy). Estimate your daily calories burned (Google TDEE calculator).

Regardless of calories, it's probably a bad idea not to make too much of a habit of this for nutrition reasons (you might not get fat, but that doesn't mean it's healthy).

How much do you weigh? What's your target weight? I take it your trying to cut weight. Skipping meals, especially all day, is not good for your body from a holistic standpoint.

Research the concept of caloric deficit. You can still eat meals throughout the day if you're trying to cut weight, but the trick is to eat less. Aim for 500 less calories per day and you will see results. Don't starve yourself and then gorge a pizza at the end of of the day. Unnecessary hardship on your body.
