The psychology boffins back in the good old days (when there were no "animal abuse" laws to stop them) did a bunch of interesting experiments on dogs. They'd take a normal dog, put it into an electrified cage and randomly shock it. They then set up a different cage in parallel, with a different dog, and shock that one too, but only when it would go close to the cage's door.

They made sure the amount of shock both dogs got was roughly the same. After a while of this (few weeks), they would open the cage door and let the dogs out to freedom. The second dog that was shocked by the door was predictably scared as shit to go near it, anxious and having a horrible time, because it wanted out so much - until eventually it leaped through with a yelp and had freedom.

The most interesting thing happened with the random shocks dog (who got shocked no matter where it was, or what it was doing). It developed what was later called "learned helplessness". The poor wretch would huddle in the corner of its cage and didn't even care that the door was open. It would not leave its prison, they had to forcibly carry those dogs out. They became completely broken by the sustained experience of not being able to do anything about its random, unpredictable pain situation.

Blue pill social conditioning is in part inspired by these experiments and others. You get random "creep!", "misogynist!", "rapist!" shocks as you grow up, where you can't do anything about it. Even if you're a model citizen, you'll still get those "shocks" simply because you're male. It's designed to develop crippling sexual anxiety in you, and ideally learned helplessness so that you never reproduce at all.

This is just a little sketch for the actual context you find yourself in, and where those intense feelings you have are all coming from. The situation itself so run of the mill, so ordinary and simple, so free from anything that would bismirch you that it's completely ridiculous that you're cowered in the corner of the "cage" and feeling horrible. The door's wide open, you can just walk out, but after everything you went through growing up, no wonder you're feeling like this.
