It's simple: Tell her you've got plenty of friends, and you're not really looking for more friends, but you want to see her and hook up. If she's not interested, there's the door. And mean it.

If she says, "You just want to use me for sex," tell her, "What? You don't like sex?" And go from there. It's just a shit test, so whatever she says you can A&A (e.g. "Does this make me a slut?" you then slap her ass and tell her you like sluts, etc.).

If she says no, show her the door. Always be willing to walk away. She doesn't belong to you, it is/was just your turn. But you don't really need to compromise on what you want.
