Absolutely not. "I'm upset/disappointed with you" is a line you should ALWAYS reply by forgetting her for some time. It's something pretty fucked up that women do. EVEN if she is right, it reads "I am wondering if you deserve my attention" and fighting for it is by far the best way to say "I am not". If she's upset with you she should tell you and you should work on it, not "try to work on it". Given that she's just looking into putting herself out of the focus it's another extra reason for you to refrain from pursuing her. If she's like this maybe you should consider hard nexting, not soft nexting, unless you're willing to give her a chance to change for you, and let's be honest, it's irrational of her to change for you, there's another guy that won't require her to.
Now, getting wasted and doing "minor" shit, such as drunk driving, is often the prologue of the trickle truth process. Remember that the trickle truth isn't JUST about easing the blow or making you slowly accustomed to it, it's also about finding out how much one has to reveal to ease the guilt.

Why are you in an LTR with her again? You can cook for yourself can't you? You're spending more money on yourself then you are on her aren't you? You can get laid elsewhere can't you?
Drama is always a red flag signaling more to come. If you aren't making life plans with her strongly consider what you're doing being bound to her and why the relationship is valuable. LTRs are reserved for nothing less than true "Ride or Die" women. Think long and hard about how your LTR is doing with the vetting process for that role in your life.
