I've been in your shoes. I chose to seek happiness outside of my marriage. And it worked......until I got caught. I am now divorced and honestly happier for it. But, My biggest regret in all of this is not communicating my unhappiness to my spouse. I was too big of a pussy to stand up for myself! Doing so might not have saved my marriage. but, I could have walked away with some degree of integrity. I've thought about it often. What I should have said (and my suggestion to you) is:" wife, I'm not happy in this marriage. It's clear that neither are you. If something doesn't change, I'm going to seek happiness elsewhere.". That should start the conversation you two desperately need to have.

You need to go fix you before you step out. Otherwise all the reasons your wife is not attracted to you now (and they exist, because she's not fucking you) will be duplicated in any new relationship. Once you have created a better you, then you can re-evaluate whether you want to stay in your marriage or not.

It goes without saying that sex with a coworker is a bad idea (fired for harassment) and also demonstrates your lack of abundance mentality. If you were an attractive man, you would be able to get strange WITHOUT risking your paycheck.
