I'm against ltrs in most cases. Anything over 3 is outside my comfort zone.

But with that said, it sounds like you really want a ltr. So let me help you out a bit. I dated virgins. Keyword is dated. Meaning I'm no longer with them. Just because they were virgins did not mean they were good ltr material. They were bitches.

Is her count higher than yours? If so, its not the 8 that's bothering you, its the fact that you are insecure with yourself.

In this day and age 8 isn't a lot. It does come down to what you are comfortable with though so ask yourself if its something inside of you or if you are just not comfortable with 8.

The thing about n-count is that it correlates with faithfulness but it is not an omnipotent indicator. Watch her behavior and actions based on what you have said she isn't a high risk for cheating and displays a lot more positive relationship traits then not so if you want to be in a relationship do it. If not, you're young and have a lot to look forward to so live it up.
