Someone said to be more aggressive, I both agree and disagree. The way I'd go about it is to behave like nothing happened. Or at least, like no big deal happened. (Having is should not be a big deal to you, because you have plates ready to spin, right?) But keep the tension up. Walk up to her and smell her neck, and then walk away. Or tease her she's really bad for making you do something you've never done. More, tell her you're like a drug dealer and the next one won't be free. If she's receptive, just kiss her and leave.

All of this is meant to stimulate her mind. It's hard core push-pull. Then invite her somewhere, not your place, with TONS of plausible deniability built in. She still needs it, like you said she's hamstering hard the cheating, so help her. Once at your place, escalate like with any other girl... Push-pull, a glass of wine, bang.

Just tell her that after that night you can't look at her the same way, and even tought you enjoy her company you can't go back to being friend and it might be better if you never see each other again. Your problem here is clearly not lack of attraction, but you're deep in the friendzone. After you tell her that, go a week without contact an then meet with her. She now should be way more receptive to your advances.
