If you know how the brain works it makes perfect sense. I've also known people who have experienced it personally. Of course, some people are more susceptible than others. And the amount of exposure makes a difference.

No Fap has some credibility but the circle jerk about it on the Internet puts me off. Porn Free is a definite wether you're fapping or not. Porn will desensitize you over time.
