Typically women put restrictions on sexuality when they're interested in a beta. If you're getting her to try new things that's a good indication you're more alpha. Treat it as a sliding scale, plate/date her and try to improve yourself as you go along.

Do absolutely nothing that benefits her. Don't listen to her shit, don't pay for stuff, don't commit your future self to her.

What she gets is your company and your sex. If that's enough, you're AF. If that's not enough ("All you want is sex" / "You never buy me stuff" / "Where is this relationship GOING?") then she wants BB.

The great thing about this strategy is that you don't need to question yourself. You just do the AF bit, she's free to fuck off if she doesn't like it.

As the other guys said, it's more a sliding scale.

No one is pure alpha or pure beta.

But the closer to alpha you get, you'll have more beneficial, to you, relationships.

One night stands.

She's ok with you seeing other people. Or she is jealous and tries to prevent you from seeing other girls. (Don't lose frame).

She is wet with no foreplay. (Foreplay is being in your presence, simply being around you will make her wet).

She will find excuses to touch you.

She wants your body fluids in her/on her.

Blowjobs are abundant.

She will initiate sex with you, or be receptive to sex from the second you walk through the door.

Shit tests are obvious and fun/teasing/easy to pass.

Occasional comfort tests/ emotional breakdowns where she will fear losing you.

Great advice so far. I want to add: are you trading sex for sex, or are you trading an increasing amount of resources, time, emotional investment, or effort for sex?

So you meet a girl, you let her know you're interested in her, you make a move, you try to sleep with her. If it's the first (exchange sex for sex), you're alpha.

If second, and like MotiMorphosys said she puts restrictions on sex, then you're sliding into more beta.

When you do get access, make sure you fuck them good and hard so they want it again. Always make it a fun time. But remember eventually all plates break because they'll want "more" (AWALT) if you maintain frame as alpha. They'll want to lock you down. Then there are some who are natural sluts who will keep fucking you for a while and never ask for upgrades, but these eventually break too as they'll either find someone better (the wall & BetaBux) or get bored and move on (the CC ride).
