Maybe take her on little dates just the two of you when she would normally leave the house and try to impart some wisdom on her from the perspective of a big brother who cares. Don't tell her in advance, just go up to her before she would run away on Saturdays and tell her, "you and me are going to X, let's go". If you keep frame, with the proper leeway for a younger sibling, and show her you care, you might be able to get through to her. Make her feel like your family is a tribe and her actions reflect negatively on all of you. Girls tend to be motivated by how they are perceived by others more than men.
