Office girl? Ask what company/department she works for. Corner girl? Ask if you are heading thesame way. Ask to get a coffee if you are. Cycling girl? Ugh... Just smile back and if she passes by slow enough then go with the "Hi" opener and ask if she would like to get a coffee with you.
Honestly, if they gave an IOI, you can just say Hi, Introduce yourself and ask to grab a coffee. No need for small talk to ease the situation just do not fidget or look/sound awkward. Have proper posture. Make it seem casual but look them in the eye and smile.
