All this sub really suggests is that women are more like men then they are made out to be

It's one of the very few places that now exists that will happily tell you that most women (like men) are nowhere near perfect. A lot of women can be completely solipsistic, slutty, and retarded.

For most guys here, this leads to an eye-opening conclusion: the things you've been told about how women behave or how you should attract women, are completely wrong. This sub gives you strategies for navigating in the sexual marketplace, a place where, contradictory to what you believe, being a nice pushover isn't the winning move.

A lot of men do not need this sub. They've known all their lives what women find the most attractive. For the rest of us, one day there was a snapping and we looked around and realised: we're playing all the losing moves

Back to your point, this sub is about how to happily achieve whatever it is you want to achieve sexually. Want to sleep with lots of women? We have the tools for that. Want to enter a loving relationship and stay that way? We have the tools for that.

We do not have a defining philosophy on kids, with the exception that a man who willingly takes on debt to raise someone else's kids is a maniac.

Given the fact you're 17, a lot of the discussion in this sub might not be particularly important for you just yet, but better than you reading this at 35!

You're pretty much correct that women are pretty much similar to men in their capacity and interest in cheating. Just treat them like people and they'll respect that. It does help to have features that are generally desired (which TRP really tries to hammer on), however, and that presents the long-lived question of "Is it more important for me to try to meet these expectations, or be myself?", which is a question no one but you has the answer to. It depends on what important personal traits, if any, conflict with what a relationship with a certain girl requires.

Each relationship is different, but people do come into a relationship with certain expectations for what they want out of it. Sex? Romance? Friendship? Kids? People want different things. As difficult as it is, it's important that you communicate what you're looking for. And if you want different things, then you'll likely need to compromise or go home, or else one person's going to have an unsatisfying relationship.
