"Tell me when you are free" doesn't work as well as "Meet me Tuesday at 3pm?" You should be leading and suggesting things, not letting her schedule dictate. Ditch the waiting a day thing, she's probably got 5 other cocks knocking on her door and they will move quicker than you. Set up that date and escalate pronto.

Get to the point. She was obviously interested. Honestly, the whole "waiting a whole day" is stupid and pointless. You should have already met her by now. Schedule a time and place to meet, that works around your schedule, and see what happens.

Never ask a girl when shes free, give her a date and time, if shes not free she will tell you when, if shes retarded you might have to follow up with " when are you free?" if she doesnt know she is likely not interested and you might be wasting your time, balls always got to be in your court, you lead her, I am a firm believer that if days go by before you can meet, you have to be interesting at least once a day over txt, women do shit based on feels, you have to make her feel before you meet, not romantic bullshit though, that's beta game.
