Keep working on yourself bro. Sad truth is if you are seeing a doctor you cant really do your way with women fully at the same time. You know what i mean. I have been there .

Go monk mode for like 3-6 months . Hit the gym , your doctor and dont forget to read books. If you havent already i suggest 48 Laws of Power, Models bY Mark Manson , No More Mr Nice guy , The Art of seduction ( most important with the 48 laws , same author).

A little insight from a LTR viewpoint that ended with similar issues.

I'm currently seeing a psychologist -panic attacks and low self-esteem and other things- and found out that this is because how i was treated in my childhood.

This right here is the problem. I've been you going through bullshit like this. It turns people away. Keep that shit to yourself and your psychologist.

I did the same thing. I was depressed, fat, anxious, and I thought because that I was engaged to this woman that everything would work out. She left me for some other guy. Someone more alpha.

The harsh reality of it is. When you are constantly spewing, "Life hates me. I have it so bad. Blah Blah Blah." You become a burden of toxicity on peoples lives.

But Fourcast, how do I fix it?

Lift. Just do it because 99% of the time you feel this way because you hate the way you look.
Meditate
Eat cleaner
Go outside and do something every day that you wouldn't think about doing.
Stop taking life so fucking seriously man. Once you loosen up, stuff just falls into place.

You said this girl's sister lives in another country, right? Meaning, she probably doesn't get to see the sister that much, right?

If I were in that situation, I would do the same thing. I would definitely prioritize seeing a sibling over someone I'd been dating for only a couple months.

I think you're reading into this too much. Just lay off and wait to see if she contacts you.
