While to move out is a legit answer, but i think you are hamstering hard.

"I know this because I have a friend who's 29 and got married here at 27 and her sister jokes saying "my female friends told me he was playing around with women at the club and then I saw them at our house in the morning" so you kinda build the reputation of being that guy and women talk behind your back about it."

So remind me how is this a bad thing? Females want what other females want. Its free publicity(well its a bit more complicated but yeah.) They are just shaming this because its a small town and they cant slut, because if it gets out they are fuc...

Because what you are telling me in your post is every1 in your town loses virginity to eachother and then they stay together because omfg no1 wants to be a second choice to some1 and somehow your little town is special and 80-20 rule doesnt apply... Just think about it for a second.

Yea. There are a lot of drawbacks. Girls act like they have every guy in town scouted out and will reject you hard if you're not on the in crowd. If you get on the in crowd it's harder to sleep around. Just don't use all the draw backs as an excuse not to approach and date women. Use the need to get out of town as a way to seduce women. Play the game like you're on your way out of town to bigger and better things and they will all be like putty in your hands.

Guard your reputation with your life because if they want the pussy cartel can shut you out very easily in a small town. The best place to start is to find a good group of guys work on girls through social circles.
