What are the pros and cons of marrying a "career woman"?

Less clingy. ..life is focused and centered on things outside of you and what you're doing as a man. ....in the long run, you'll be thankful she has so much responsibility elsewhere...you'll have more freedom and less stress

Ok, so I'm going to address this question assuming you're going to get married regardless of what TRP says (which is DON'T GET MARRIED YOU FOOL).

Potential Pros: Career women have the potential of being able to handle their own lives without leeching off a man. In some cases, they display the ability to lead. This can be useful in a marriage in a few ways:

Able to handle things if you are sick or incapacitated for some reason
Child rearing tends to be more objective
Financial situations are going to be better and less risky
She is less likely to try to feed off your social life / monopolize your time
Tendency to be less of a vapid idiot (have to have the ability to succeed)

Cons:

She won't have the time to manage your household or do other feminine duties (cooking, cleaning, etc)
If you have children, they will attend daycare, as your career woman will resist SAHMing
She will be in a workplace most days, along with all that implies (men mostly)
Tendency to be less emotionally involved with your kids
Smarter women can be incredibly manipulative
You will likely have to spend more time caring for the children than a man with a stay at home wife

Full disclaimer: I'm married to a full time career woman and we have lots of kids together. All of these have come up in my life.

I have a good friend who has one. she out earns him etc.

Having said that, she's conservative as fuck, has the suzy homemake upbringing, and he's a super educated naval officer now, after his time in the ranks, and handles his shit, 6 pack into his mid 30s

I have noticed a lot of shitty women among the guys in my social circle. I've also notice almost none of them are working, and usually with college education.

Though they pop out kids, and their hubbies aren't nearly happy with their sex life, work on you, chances are your frame will mold a girl into your ideal better than picking one with/without a career

Having said that, theres nothing that's changed between before, and after the marriage. And his risk has increased considerably. She may not fuck it up over the years (she seems to have been raised right) but at the same time, that's not a benefit, just the mitigation of accepted risks

Pros: She might actually contribute to household expenses, not spend all her salary on useless crap.

Cons:

You're married.

She will bitch a lot about how you aren't doing "you're fair share" of the housework, even if you hire a service.

There will be a lot more bitching, generally.

She will depreciate over time. My about to be 27 year old plate is starting to age badly. While I like her as a person, I'm not keeping her around much longer as a plate, particularly when my 20 y.o. plate looks perfect naked. Wives frown on a guy having plates. Just sayin'. Replacement costs can be catastrophic.

She will cheat once a month will not be home to maintain the house other people raise your kids pretty much she will think she is better than you and complain alot but she will make good money and take away money stress, you can take half of her shit and the kids if she divorces you.
