Girls don't find childish jokes funny, and silly drawings are pretty much as childish as you can get. It's a step away from calling her a doo-doo-face and pulling her pigtails.
Best jokes are the ones that are unexpected. If she knows what's coming, it's not funny.
I once took a girl back to her house after a first date, expecting a good night kiss and not much else, as there was some tension. I noticed she had the most beat up garbage can I've ever seen in my life while walking her to her door. Handles missing, cracked, scratched, spraypainted, etc.
I grabbed her arm to stop her, kicked it, and asked "Do the garbage men know to take the can too?" with a big smile.
Completely caught her off guard, she was expecting a serious moment, a kiss attempt, a goodbye.
She just burst out laughing. "Are you supposed to put it in a bigger can? (more laughs) I know, we need to give it a "take me" sign." Tension broken, she's laughing and holding onto my arm with both hands.
She let me in to help make a sign. I stuck it on my shirt. She took me to the bedroom. She had a new can the next time I saw her.
TL;DR: Defy expectation, time correctly, deliver properly. Those three things are damn near impossible when she expects a joke picture, you don't know her current situation, and you don't know how she'll read/interpret your message.

You need to understand that people always have priorities. Which means that even if your humor is on point you may not receive the desired feedback. Best humorous momrnts are done face to face and when the time is right. 3 years ago I was camping with new friends that met me a few days before. i've made a "stand up" number so good that they laughed with tears. But it was something I could pull off because that was the mood. I got a plate after that night. I still get humorous moments when the time is right in front of girls and guys but only when it's right. My advice to you is this: - Read alot, everything you can - Pay more attention to what people say in cnversations. - Whatch stand up, gigs, whatever on Youtube This will: - Increase your knoledge in so many topics - Learn when you can insert humor in discussion - Learn what and how to say it.
Best humor is spoken, not drawn.
Example: Her: I got coffee all over me. You: (funny face or wink or smirk) was it a good kisser at least?
Her: I have a doggie named bla You: let me guess, he's a vegan.
Her: Ofcourse I paid for my dinner. You: (little girl voice) Cause I'm a strong independent woman.
Start with this type of humour to get reactions.

Good advice, but your examples are the worst jokes ever

Women are not meant to understand your jokes.
They respond to jokes not because they are funny, but because they want to connect with other people. The content has little to do with their reaction.
Now if you have a percieved higher SMV then them, they will laugh to the most dumbest shit you can come up with.
