She is definitely interested. Dont fuck this up. It should be easy to go to a decent bar and talk/catch up.

You should be able to feel out if shes in to you by how close you sit, light affection or touching being reciprocated, etc.

Bottom line is go for the kiss after you've laid the groundwork and you can tell she is in to you. From there you can move at the pace that makes the most sense.
