Why is anyone ever active on dating sites?

Disrespectful at its core and worthy of a demote back to plate. She is either not ready to be good first mate material or your skills as a captain are subpar.

If she just left the account die different story entirely, but the fact that she is active tells me she either can't let go of the validation and attention (major red flag) or she is looking to trade up from you at the first opportunity.

Don't bring it up. Start working on other plates. Don't emotionally invest any more into her. If it does turn out bad, set yourself up for the least disappointment. Better to lower your expectations (of current partner) and start finding new potential plates.

IMO red flag if she is active. One man once told me you lose them the same way you get them. I wouldn't bring it up but would defn start diversifying my portfolio (plates)

In a sense, that's something I dislike, BUT the options are unicorn hunting or going no sex.

Look up the terms on the dating site. A profile might be considered active if a promo email was opened. I think it's also common knowledge that some of them say a profile has been active for no good reason other than to attract views to promote subscriptions. Jump ahead in your mind and you'll mess up a potentially good situation. Just sayin'...

Ok, then let me help you out here. You're being taken for a chump. She is passively open to accepting better offers. If you ask her she'll say "oh it's just for a laugh" and "I'm not serious, I only want you!"... but she thinks she can do better so she's keeping the door open.

Solution: Get better options for yourself, demote to plate status.

Don't worry about coming off as blue pill, you are blue pill. Stop worrying about what to do.

Don't confront her about anything, just reactivate your account and start using it. Wait for her to confront you. If she does, just let her know she's misunderstood the nature of the relationship and leave it at that.

As of the moment you saw her active account, the two of you are no longer exclusive, so start acting like it.
