How do you keep conversation sexual?

Ask them about their dating life. Make jokes about the quality of sex involved. Usually works for me.

There are PUA oriented routines to raise some extent of sexual tension, you can see them all around PUA forums. One (old one, from Mystery Method, written in the book, but it is still a novelty around here) I like a lot is this opener:
-Hey, did you know there are two kinds of people? 80% sing while in shower, 20% masturbate. What music do they sing?
(No answer)
-I think now we all know what group you're set in...

Once things are sexual you should worry about escalation rather than conversation. :)
Note: Don't worry about whether it is an opener, or other routine, it's not hard to grasp the idea behind it and apply to different steps.

Just force it. Talk about sex. Girls like sex and they think a lot about it. But the way you word things is important. You word them in the "I" do this thing to you. Then in some way she will imagine you doing this to her. Just sexualize. It's really rather very easy. If you're talking to a girl you just tell her hey girl, I want to bend you over, hold you down by your hair, and fuck you.

It's rather easy to sexualize things. Just let go of the shame you have for it. Let the girls have that shame. And hey? Tease them about it as well.
