It always depends on execution and your level of charisma, but what I found works for me are:

look her straight in the eyes, pause and then smile slightly, and then calmly say, 'I just did'.
slap her on the butt with a genuine grin or slight smile and reiterate what you just said.
if the situation is going into a place, wrap your arm around her shoulder and just walk in and laugh and just casually continue a conversation, making her say yes or agreeing with easy questions.
if the request is in a group of people and she blurts this out, simply ignore her and carry on the conversation with the group, you taking charge of the conversation of course.

You'll notice subtle game being played with her in these examples. That is the key. It isn't in what you say, but how you say it.
