Find a passion, work on your career, quit all these bad habits and forget about women until you are happy without them. All of it is easier said than done, especially when you haven't naturally come to those decisions yourself.

Standard TRP starting advice: lift, meditate, read sidebar etc. Lifting helps you look good, develop discipline, develop patience and cultivates self esteem. Meditating helps you stop dwelling and running away with your thoughts, good or bad ones. Sidebar/TRP generally helps you understand the psychology of women and people.

Maybe it's not the same for everyone, but I can't smoke up without losing all motivation. If you want to build an abundant lifestyle, seriously, motivation will be the hardest part.

You're going to need to focus on career, self-improvement, etc. and that's hard to do when you don't feel like doing anything. Wake and bake is not a lifestyle that leads to making gains. Take the weed, stripper, and coke money and invest it in education, hobbies, a gym membership.

You need to expand your social circle and just start meeting people with no other intention but to be social. Make little changes and get some momentum going. Read the sidebar. Read it again.

I'm going to repeat that, because it's the most important piece of advice in the entirety of TRP.

S T A R T L I F T I N G

Stop wasting your money on drugs and the strip club. Find a way to spend your time that creates, instead of consumes.

And for the love of god, stop being the emotional tampon for some slut. Your life will improve instantly if you delete her number, I guarantee it.

I used to be in a similar place as you. Don't get me wrong, I'm still a fucking loser, but nowadays I've accepted it, and instead of sitting around crying about it and numbing myself with drugs, am trying to do something about it.

TL;DR

Learn to find acceptance and validation from yourself, first.

Stop giving a fuck what others think of you.

Stop consuming, start creating. Replace drugs with a hobby that adds value to yourself. Some ideas would be: Home improvement, or woodworking, or playing an instrument.

Stop being the emotional tampon for some dumb slut.

1.) join a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu club to increase your self confidence and make new cool friends 2.) control your emotions using EFT and EMDR. Search YouTube. 3.) Quit drugs VERY IMPORTANT. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOFSX6nezEY 4.) search google "the Venus project" that will answer most of your problems and questions in life. 5.) read a lot of self help books. (Anybody who reads this please contribute your favorite book.)
