I've recently come out of an intense depression that's had me for the last 6 months or so. It was caused by many different things in life and led me to TRP as I'm sure a lot of people here. I have a lot of great new habits and have learned more about life and psychology than ever before.

I've been rebuilding my confidence back to pre TRP levels and then beyond. Some days I am the most confident I've ever felt in my life, my frame is strong, body language is powerful and suggestive, I can say whatever comes to mind, usually something witty and flirty, or just friendly and inquisitive depending on who I'm interacting with. My perspective on life is good and interactions with people are fun. I've never felt like this in my life.

Then some days my confidence is just completely non existent. I'm too in my head, body language is poor and unnatural. I hesitate to look people at people, to think of anything to say as a response. My lack of confidence leaks out of every action I take and puts people off.

I try to prevent it getting to me too much or inspire any negative thought patterns and stay mindful but I generally fail to find myself or naturally become confident again.

What different ways do you inspire confidence in yourself day to day? If you're having a shitty day do you notice and somehow pull yourself together.

Everyone has shitty days but I can't really pinpoint why some days I feel great and some days I just can't function socially.
