I'm surprised that discussion about your mobile phones didn't completely dry her up, it nearly put me to sleep. If you must text in between dates, do it for logistics. But still have some banter and be funny/witty. Then set up a new date or just say that you will arrange something soon. Don't text for no real reason.

A good text after the first date is "last night wow". Then schedule your second date and go for the fuck. I don't mind the wine tasting idea long as you can uber home and go for the bang.

As far as your texting goes avoid beating around the bush the way you did endlessly discussing ya'lls phone model. Open, get her availability, schedule a date, then radio silence.
