Since your boss is unaware, I think this is the best first approach. If your boss doesn't follow through, then I agree with the other poster about looking for a new job, or maybe look for an internal transfer if you don't want to fully leave.

Definitely. This is worth noting because of it's prevalence in the community, and fits right in to Letter C above.

Good question. In my opinion, I think there's an important distinction to make in being able to laugh at yourself, and then actively making fun of yourself(self deprecating humor). For the first(good/acceptable uses), three types of situations come to mind. I'll use clumsiness for example, A) If you trip clumsily trip and fall, you should be able to laugh it off and not be upset if someone laughs at your lack of grace. B) If your friend clumsily trips and falls, but feels embarrassed/other negat…

Sold as an audiobook, its actually a recording of one of his old seminars. It follows the book pretty much word for word, and then he has narrated and added updated passages to the seminar. Its so much better than the book because you're hearing Zig speak, which is why its so good. Zig, is a gripping speaker. Much of the information is better understood when you hear how to use voice tone, and voice inflection. When you hear how he sells, not just read about it. The first part of the audio book …

I would go at it like a shit test, maybe agree&amplify, or amused mastery. Keep it lighthearted, and in jest. Maybe... "You're right, inventorying the parts room doesn't need to be done, let's just take the day off then......Yeah right. Get out of here and get started." "Thanks bud, I'm glad I can always count on you." "When you're done not doing "(insert task)", I also want you to not clean the toilets today." "Ok no problem. Sounds like you want to (insert terrible, menial task). I've been nee…

I think you misunderstood me...I think that poem is fine, I think it'd be weird if you went up to girls and starting reciting poetry to try and pick them up, or if you wrote a poem about a specific girl you recently met, and then read it to her. Although another commenter here mentions writing comedic/sexual poems in jest...I can see that being cool.

The Redpill is a toolbox, its about seeing things the way they are, and has no endgoal. Take what you need. If you want to get married, go ahead. Just know what you are getting into, and prepare yourself. For escorts, we would ask why do you use them. If its because you're scared/can't get laid without an overt transaction, then we'd recommend(With exception to outlying circumstances) you improving a few things about yourself. If its because you can afford to screw hot girls with no strings atta…

While not common, I think poetry is a great hobby to have, and can absolutely be manly. I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to poets, but I would never think of someone like Frost, Keats, or Samurai that wrote Haiku's as not being manly. I would not write poems to girls you meet and "use it on them". Think of a musician or painter--It would be weird if the wrote songs and painted pictures about the girls they meet, but would totally be cool and very interesting if it was instead about their lives …

I was traveling abroad last year, and ran into a similar group. Alot of the guys latched on to the cute girls, and would just do whatever they wanted. Over the course of the week ,the girls would come do whatever I had planned, and then the dudes would follow. Don't be afraid to do your own thing. You're traveling abroad--Take advantage and really explore, don't just go out partying every night. In this situation, you won't have to "try" to lead the group. If you just make your own plans and do …

If able, maybe some machines so you can avoid further harm to your wrist While your main focus may be to improve your game and increase the amount of women in your life, don't let that be your sole and only goal. Look at other areas in your life you can improve on.

In the oilfield there's a lot of work that deals with trend analysis, evaluating oilwell production life, and potential production values based on nearby wells drilled. I think most industries have data analytics positions...try typing data analytics/statistics into LinkedIn and see what jobs come up. As far as your age, a quick google search shows you are well within limits to apply for OCS, or enlist. Marine Corps enlisted age limit is the lowest at 28, but every other branch you're in the cle…

I have found solitude to be extremely helpful in solidifying future plans. It is only when we are alone that we can hear ourselves think I agree, maintaining a sense of presence is key. My goals are simple an common--I want to be financially independent, and able to do what I want when I want. I've been saving money up, and am currently looking to buy my first rental property. Military officer programs I think be a great thing to look into. You may even be able to work on some type of medical degree/program while in, and have them pay for it. Even enlisted isn't a bad gig. You could sign up as a medic, and still work towards higher level degrees on the military's budget. Learning to code is always an option. You can also look into oilfield jobs. The market sucks, but is starting to gain traction. Many jobs are labor related, and don't require a degree, but pay well(60…

You've now moved out of her league. You can't change her, and you have to accept that. Drop the white knight desire, and continue focusing on your life. Breaking up isn't always easy, but then again you aren't an item anymore either. You can distance yourself and soft next, or just cut her off completely. Being a man isn't bad... really... it's true freedom of spirit. I feel lonely a lot. I travel ~6 months out of the year for work, oftentimes internationally. When I’m somewhere cool, I’ll take few days to go hiking or explore the area by myself. When I’m working, its 12 hours a day, a few weeks at a time. Wake up, lift, eat, work, sleep. Day in, day out. Its easy to go down the tunnel of loneliness and feel sorry for myself. Most often when I’m lonely, I long for the comradery I had when I was i…

I think amused mastery would have been the best way to handle it in the past. I think you made the problem worse by showing how much his communications effected you. For the anger, you just have to accept that the world works a certain way, and then move on. A lot of times, people get stuck with anger because they still feel entitled to something. Know you're not entitled to shit, then accept it. For meeting, try Tinder/Badoo, or other internet dating sites.

Was she right? Or being dramatic? Ignoring her was fine. As long as you don't take her bait and start arguing, your fine. Alternatively, you could have thrown some A&A or AM back: "Duh. That's cause I am the shit." "Not my fault you can't talk shit like I can." "I'm glad you like what comes out of my mouth." Recently one of my best friends broke up with girl friend because she made an ultimatum about either get engaged or GTFO. He broke up with her, but it was rough for him. I very gently gave him a Rollo article about break ups....Hoping it would spark an interest. A week later they got back together, two months later they're engaged. Deep Breath, and relax. You're in the anger phase, everything will be ok. There's nothing to find that says your better than her, or you deserve more. You have to create it. Again, yeah you could next her, but it sounds like she still wants to hang around. Not sure how serious ya'll are, especially if its an LTR, I don't think its worth ending over this without any evidence. I would just utilize some dread and keep on eye out for reoccurring behavior.

Ignore the girl. With your boys...Don't lose good friends jus tbecause ya'll disagree over something. Honestly, they're just trying to help you because in their minds you needed it. Interesting list, I like it. If going off of that, I think its different to remember that the Beta qualities in a woman aren't necessarily bad, like beta qualities in men are often considered. Solid advice for public praise. I disagree with the public apology though; unless it needs to be directed at everyone, it can easily be misinterpreted by the larger audience as someone trying to gain approval. It can feel insencere, and it also makes it awkward or difficult for the people that deserve the apology to give you any feedback, explain themselves, or let you know how they feel.

Steve jobs and other CEOs already have/had established credibility. Don't compare yourself to them. What have you done to earn the privilege for people to follow you? These are all great answers if she's a plate and you don't care how the relationship continues. I think 50 shades of gray has a lot of girls curious. She's just shy about coming forward with it because it's new to her, and she probably doesn't want you to think badly of her because of some light bdsm desires. As long as your having fun you won't look like your trying to prove anything. You could get a paddle for light spank punishments. L…

Petroleum would be the easisest, but also limits your other options. Personally I would go mechanical, and then look into hiring on with an Oil services company. Generally, Oil services companies are equipment/procedure/service focused, so geological knowledge is pretty unnecessary. Its hard toget into right now, but if you can get some mechanical/technical experience via part time jobs or internships, that would be great for your resume.

The banging on the wall, isn't terrible. Not the strongest move, but not necessarily beta. The issue here is the threatening to kick their asses.* That's breaking frame, and comes off like a tantrum. Its not that they were actively trying to disrespect you, just that there agenda was different than yours, and unfortunately they were not respecting you. Don't look at this as an insult. So far you've handled it just fine. Brush up on your dread game knowledge and practice abundance theory. Don't try and plate her, your off to a good start. If you try, its just going to push her away. She's texting you because you're handling the breakup like a boss. She doesn't like that, she wants the validation of you orbiting. Eventually this will probably escalate into her having sex with you for validation. Practicing dread and abundance will lead to plate status naturally. In the meantime…

There's various energy systems/pathways the body uses when performing aerobic activity. Simplest way to show it--distance runners are typically very thin, have trouble maintaining muscle mass. Sprinters do not have this issue. To make the most of his gains, additional training should be focused on conditioning, not traditional sustained whatever-the-fuck-cardio activity.

Thanks for the reply. Haven't looked much at MIT's stuff yet but I'm going to check it out. I was referring to learning a language or IT skill directly vs a comp sci degree plan. Basically. Your 80 messages comment was awesome for showing abundance and preselection, you don't want to ruin it by trying to hangout right away. You may want to shoot for an earlier time; I know in college everyone goes out late, but maybe do drinks earlier, when the bars are quieter. IMO, this will make it easier to do kino, change venues, and escalate to going back to your place. If you go out later, you reduce the privacy you'll have, and then the end of the night, she may just go home.

Initially yes, and as long as the relationship is nothing more than casual sex. It's a good rule of thumb because many guys have issues coming across as needy/invested otherwise. If you want to achieve a level of mastery, its harder if you aren't passionate about the subject. Having read your elaboration however, this does not really apply to you. Now, engineering is about problem solving. Because of this, it has become one of the most versatile majors out there. In large corporations, engineers are spread over man…

Try "I really like when you do/did this" or "This feels good to me." Keep the dread out of the bedroom, and communicate things you want her to do. Outside the bedroom, use dread/abundance and she'll happily remember things you've told her.

"Don't worry about it," with a wink and smile. Change the subject. You can ignore the question, or outright decline to answer; but unless you have super high smv its going to work against you. I think you're over analyzing this however. Whats important is not what you say, but how say it. For further reading, read up on shit tests and treat it as such.

Its not your responsibility to keep women happy. Do things that make you happy, and be bold in how do you them(Within legality of course). Not all women are going to be happy with you and like you, that's ok. Cut those ones out.

What are you passionate about? Can you elaborate on "Big picture stuff?" In my experience, mechanical engineering is a very flexible degree, and what you've studied does not fully represent the applications of it. Mastery is a great book. I'm about half way through right now. Is Mastery over a certain field something you really want? Or does it just sound nice and romantic? To achieve this, realize the amount of work you'll be putting into your field. You're looking at a 10 year long monk mode. …

^ Yep. TRP is not about controlling women, but about living a lifestyle that makes them want to be with you. If you are trying to actively control her, that is unhealthy and you will only be creating more problems.

It depends on what needs explaining. I occasionally get questioned on something game related. Usually I respond saying "Don't worry about it," with a wink and smile. I then change the subject. If your frame is tight this will be the end of it. If its not game related, sometimes I'm honest. The reasons vary depending on the situation, but nothing wrong with telling why you did something. Just make sure you're not communicating in a way that is looking for approval. Most times though, I try to kee…

If you told me this, I would absolutely consider it a red flag. A lot of people here would instantly say no. You have to accept that. That said, don't unload your baggage when you first meet someone. Second, when you tell them about it, explain how you are being proactive about it, and what you are doing to fix it. Working with your doctor, I would look into seeing how to permanently fix this. Learn how to minimize its effects in relationships, and be serious about controlling your episodes. Do …

Nothing wrong with being pen pals. You could even throw in some sexting or phone/skype sex for fun every once in awhile if you like. But, keep an abundance mindset when you communicate with her. Take your time, don't be overly invested, and don't be needy.

There's nothing wrong with explaining yourself, the issue lies that when most people are questioned they immediately try and justify their actions. This more often then not communicates neediness for approval, which turns off the girl. Simply saying "I felt like it," is an explanation.

I did some traveling for work last year in Norway, Scotland, and Croatia. Tinder was popular in Norway and Scotland, and Badoo in Croatia. For making friends, I would go to bars during slow hours, and befriend the bar tenders. Be friendly with everyone. Because your foreign, people will be more receptive to talking with you.

I think you handled M fine. If you have a playful personality, you could always fire some playful responses back. Personally, I would have done something like this, and possibly trolled her... She wants to copy your notes? Sure! Come over and cook me dinner tonight, and I'll be happy to go over them with you. She's arriving late to class and doesn't have homework finished? Of course you understand, she must be doing something generous like getting starbucks for you and the professor which is why…

Practice abundance mentality. If she wants to be part of your life, great. If not, no problem. You'll find someone else. There's nothing wrong with telling someone your intentions or that sex is important to you. If you have an abundance mindset, then letting them know where you stand from the beginning is fine and will save you time in the future.

Nothing wrong with being an introvert; just because you are quiet does not mean you are 'just another guy.' By being good at small groups, single person conversations you can still be a fascinating person. Another recommendation, don't read both books at the same time. Focus on one at time. You'll absorb and retain the information better. It sounds to me like you're young, maybe in college? If that's the case, AoS would probably be more applicable to your life. LoP is phenomenal, but is applicab…

"Help me whip this bitch" Wrong mindset. Because she shit tests you does not mean that you need to punish her. This means she has too much power over you and you are lacking power over yourself. If you think she's LTR material--Great. Go for it. But, your mindset needs to be "This is my world, and my life. If you want to come along for the ride, great. If not, no problem. I'll find someone else." A redpill LTR is not about controlling the other person, but about living a lifestyle that makes som…

Abundance mentality. Soft next, no more texting. When you see her in person, be cordial and say hello. If you're rude/ignore her it just shows how much she affects you. If your polite(only to the extent of how you might treat any other casual acquaintance), then it displays abundance, and shows that her actions don't affect your frame.

If you want to be the life of the party, you need to be at the very least entertaining, captivating, or fascinating. To do this, you need to figure out what the void, desire, or fascination is of your audiences, and then provide it. I can recommend two books that will help are Art of Seduction by Robert Greene, and Comedy Writing Secrets by Mel Helitzer. Karaoke and Open mic nights will help you to develop your personality and frame for performing in front groups.

I have a younger sister too. Was always worried about her, especially because she's exceptionally beautiful(Worked for ESPN and Victoria Secret). In my experience trying to steer her away from the negative western influences only made her want to experience them more. Its like the super sheltered girls that are all of sudden free in college, and then go wild. It was when I stepped back, and took a more passive approach that she realized the crappy lifestyle she was living on her own, and made po…

Few things you can do, some things you need to do, and some things that may help. 1) Work on your lifts: Don't ever put your body in awkward positions. If you feel pain, your body is telling you to stop, something is wrong. Just cause some big guy does it doesn't mean its smart. Watch some good youtube videos on technique. 2)Mobilize. Wrist dysfunction and pain is often a symptom of issues further up. Your shoulders may not be rotating properly, so your wrists try to turn in order compensate, wh…

Maybe switch around your routine, and schedule your bench day on a day when you're at the campus. The rest of the week for home workouts, use the 45s you have for what you can do, and then look into lunges/carries with sand bags for legs, hill sprints, handstand pushups or presses with the sand bags for shoulders. You could probably make a dip/pullup station pretty cheap too.

"I know." "You're welcome." Or you could agree and amplify if you think its sarcastic... "Yeah, whats it like standing in my shadow?" "Yeah, everyone has been saying that lately." Depending on your personality and company, you either deliver these stone cold serious, with a smirk and wink, or laugh after pausing at the end to break any tension.

Your fear of escalation sounds like a fear of rejection. The best way to get over this is to get rejected, and realize its not that bad. Monk mode is good for people who need a drastic change in their life. Oftentimes this means breaking away from negative influences, addictions, people. It sounds like you're on a good path and making progress. Keep it up. Now, do you need monk mode? Do you have terrible friends/family/addictions that are holding you back? Or are you just anxious about approaching people, and looking to hide behind monk mode? To me it sounds like the latter.

You came to the right place. First and foremost, man up. By this, I mean control your emotions. Practice stoicism. All these negative feelings, and beta tendencies you're exhibiting are because you are letting your emotions run unchecked. Logic is king. You don't have to break up with her(And I doubt anyone on this sub would convince you to), but you do need to get a grip on yourself, yesterday. Start focusing more on yourself. Don't pedastalize her, treat her like a human being. This isn't abou…

If she texts go ahead and answer, but follow typical RP text guidelines. Short convo, time between replies, not overly invested. Don't be the one to start and text her first though. It may seem harmless, but because its Tinder, you're game initially needs to be exceptionally tight. She's being barraged by a ton of guys every day asking how she's doing. If you haven't yet, and your using tinder, /u/OmLaLa has some excellent posts on the topic you should read.

I wouldn't worry about texting her in between now and then. Every other guy thinks the same thing you do, and then burns their own bridge by trying to keep up meaningless conversation with her. Don't text her until the day before to confirm the date. By not texting her with meaningless conversation, you'll actually be setting yourself apart from everyone else.

Sorry bout the stripper, misunderstood a comment of yours... With you about to become a doctor, you're going to have women lining up to be with you. You have to be very careful, as many are going to see you as an atm, and future divorce court prizes. You shouldn't feel bad at all by cutting her off and ending the relationship.

No no no no no. I see red flags. Cut this girl out yesterday. You were fine before her, you'll be fine after. You're about to become a doctor, right? She's working hard to make you her betabux. Stick with her and 12 months from now you'll become one of the horror stories posted on here about how she took advantage of your generosity, your money, and your lifestyle. She then took you to the cleaners. Edited a misunderstanding.
